DHS Field Leader

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership, the full-time DHS Field Leader will manage investigative personnel and ensure compliance with contract-specific requirements while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of investigative and records personnel
• Serve as a subject matter expert on field operations and customer investigative requirements
• Monitor and manage team performance against established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
• DHS experience is highly desired
• Experience in managing investigative personnel and operations
• Ability to prepare and deliver operational status reports
• Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to investigations
