Job Summary
To support mission-critical federal programs, the full-time remote Training & Communications Specialist will develop and implement strategic communications and training initiatives for large-scale IT deployments and organizational change efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communications and training plans to support program objectives
- Create and maintain training materials, including Quick Reference Guides, user manuals, and e-learning content
- Coordinate end-user communications and training for large-scale IT implementations and manage change activities
Required qualifications
- BS/BA Degree
- Active DHS clearance required
- 1-4 years of experience in training, communications, or change management
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic communications and training plans
