Job Summary

To support mission-critical federal programs, the full-time remote Training & Communications Specialist will develop and implement strategic communications and training initiatives for large-scale IT deployments and organizational change efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communications and training plans to support program objectives
  • Create and maintain training materials, including Quick Reference Guides, user manuals, and e-learning content
  • Coordinate end-user communications and training for large-scale IT implementations and manage change activities
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Active DHS clearance required
  • 1-4 years of experience in training, communications, or change management
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategic communications and training plans
