DHS Review Manager

Job Summary

Providing leadership and operational management for the Review Team, the full-time DHS Review Manager will oversee the review of federal background investigations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and government regulations in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Review Team's day-to-day operations, assigning work and balancing workloads
• Monitor team performance against quality, timeliness, and production metrics, reporting KPIs to Program Management
• Identify trends and recurring deficiencies in investigative work products, collaborating with Quality Assurance and Training personnel for improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
• Experience in federal background investigations is highly desired
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operational processes
• Strong understanding of investigative review standards and customer-specific requirements
• Ability to develop corrective action plans and targeted educational initiatives
