DHS Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting program leadership in a flexible, remote-friendly environment, the full-time salaried DHS Senior Program Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and administrative support for a federal Background Investigations contract, focusing on data analysis, performance monitoring, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Background Investigations Program
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, workforce, quality, production, and performance data
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
• DHS experience is highly desired
• Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of program management principles and practices
