Diabetes Utilization Management CSR

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diabetes Utilization Management Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process requests for diabetes-related therapies and ensure documentation accuracy
• Submit and track prior authorization requests with insurance providers, resolving any denials
• Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of DME experience and/or 2 years of Utilization Management experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; skills testing is required
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven customer service skills for internal and external customers
