Job Summary

As a System Diagnostic Scheduler, the full-time remote position will manage the scheduling of outpatient diagnostic appointments, providing patients with accurate details regarding their appointments and coordinating with physician offices and departments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient diagnostic appointments and provide patients with necessary details about their visits
• Accept orders from physician offices and patients, ensuring accurate appointment management
• Communicate with departments regarding any exceptions to the scheduling routine

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
