Diagnostic Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Evaluation Services team, the full-time remote Diagnostic Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling diagnostic appointments for veterans, ensuring compliance with VA guidelines, and maintaining communication with facilities regarding necessary information.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for veterans based on facility availability and VA expectations using mapping software
• Act as a liaison with facilities to ensure timely service for veterans and maintain compliance with VES guidelines
• Monitor and ensure adherence to HIPAA standards throughout the scheduling process

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience managing high-volume appointment scheduling across multiple locations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite highly preferred
• Ability to work a training schedule of 8am - 5pm CT Monday - Friday and commit to one month of training with no planned absences
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
