Diagnostic Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Handling incoming scheduling communications, the full-time remote Diagnostic Scheduling Communication Specialist will assist veterans with appointment scheduling, manage calls, and support administrative functions for the Veterans Evaluation Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with calling veterans to gather information for scheduling appointments and manage rescheduling calls
• Monitor and process pending Claimant Appointment Packets (CAPS) and respond to Appointment Notification emails
• Check and redirect messages from the Scheduling Hunt Group voicemail to ensure timely responses

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Scheduling experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Commitment to a 3-week training period with no prescheduled absences
• Ability to work Monday-Friday during specified hours (CST, EST, or PST)
