Job Summary
Handling incoming scheduling communications, the full-time remote Diagnostic Scheduling Communication Specialist will assist veterans with appointment scheduling, manage calls, and support administrative functions for the Veterans Evaluation Services team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with calling veterans to gather information for scheduling appointments and manage rescheduling calls
- Monitor and process pending Claimant Appointment Packets (CAPS) and respond to Appointment Notification emails
- Check and redirect messages from the Scheduling Hunt Group voicemail to ensure timely responses
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Commitment to a 3-week training period with no prescheduled absences
- Ability to work Monday-Friday during specified hours (CST, EST, or PST)
