Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative, Dialer Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of the predictive dialer system in a high-volume contact center
- Provide reporting to internal clients and collaborate with stakeholders on dialing strategies
- Create and update dialing campaigns, monitor dialer performance, and analyze output data for issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of outbound dialer experience
- 1-3 years of contact center experience
- Experience with data analytics and statistical analysis
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
