Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Dialer Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day operations of the predictive dialer system in a high-volume contact center
  • Provide reporting to internal clients and collaborate with stakeholders on dialing strategies
  • Create and update dialing campaigns, monitor dialer performance, and analyze output data for issues


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of outbound dialer experience
  • 1-3 years of contact center experience
  • Experience with data analytics and statistical analysis
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
