Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dialer Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Genesys CX Cloud platform, including system configurations and user management
  • Optimize multi-channel campaigns and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance for outbound calling
  • Monitor real-time performance, manage workforce scheduling, and translate contact center data into actionable insights
Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience administering the Genesys Cloud CX platform
  • 7+ years of experience in a call center or collections environment
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Genesys WFM and Outbound Dialing modules
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory protocols related to outbound calling
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
