Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dialer Administrator to manage and monitor outbound dialing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and spot-check the delivery of daily files, identifying anomalies and triggering system ingestions
  • Monitor "Kill Lists" and data deliveries, communicating with Data Services to resolve any delays
  • Create and edit campaigns as directed, ensuring accurate account segmentation and supporting agent onboarding and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in dialer administration, WFM, or collections
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, and dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesis, or Noble)
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and a strong investigative mindset for researching discrepancies
