Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day execution and monitoring of outbound dialing platforms, the remote Dialer Administrator will manage daily file deliveries, intraday monitoring, and campaign maintenance while providing agent support and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and spot-check the delivery of daily files, identifying anomalies and triggering system ingestions
- Monitor "Kill Lists" and data deliveries, communicating with Data Services to resolve any delays
- Create and edit campaigns as directed by the Strategy Team to ensure accurate account segmentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in dialer administration, WFM, or collections
- Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, and dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesis, or Noble)
- High level of accuracy in data entry and a strong analytical mindset for researching discrepancies
