Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dialer & Lead Management Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize dialer campaigns, lead routing, and compliance with dialing regulations
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance productivity and revenue
  • Train sales teams on dialer processes and maintain documentation for new features or workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Dialer Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Five9 or similar dialer systems
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and its lead/contact/account structure
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to diagnose performance issues
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
