Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dialer & Lead Management Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize dialer campaigns, lead routing, and compliance with dialing regulations
- Analyze performance data and collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance productivity and revenue
- Train sales teams on dialer processes and maintain documentation for new features or workflows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Dialer Administration
- Hands-on experience with Five9 or similar dialer systems
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and its lead/contact/account structure
- Strong systems thinking and ability to diagnose performance issues
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
