Job Summary
Dialysis Billing Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for managing dialysis billing operations, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting the performance of billing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and month-end dialysis billing activities and audits
- Train and support billing and clerical staff while managing billing for various payers
- Prepare financial reports and maintain billing systems and charge master updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in dialysis business office
- Strong knowledge of dialysis billing and insurance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support office teams
- Proficiency in multiple billing systems and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
