Job Summary

Dialysis Billing Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for managing dialysis billing operations, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting the performance of billing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily and month-end dialysis billing activities and audits
  • Train and support billing and clerical staff while managing billing for various payers
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain billing systems and charge master updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in dialysis business office
  • Strong knowledge of dialysis billing and insurance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support office teams
  • Proficiency in multiple billing systems and standard office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
