Job Summary
Supporting dialysis billing operations remotely, the full-time Dialysis Billing Coordinator will manage billing processes for various payers, oversee accounts receivable performance, and train billing staff across multiple centers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and month-end dialysis billing activities, audits, and A/R performance
- Train and support billing and clerical staff while providing input on their performance
- Maintain billing systems and prepare financial and accounts receivable reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience; minimum of 4 years dialysis business office experience may substitute for degree
- Strong knowledge of dialysis billing and insurance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support office teams
- Proficiency in multiple billing systems and standard office software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
