• Drive sales growth by managing appointments and nurturing leads
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and sharing customer insights

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with a proven track record of closing sales
• Preferred expertise in diamonds and jewelry; certification as a Gemologist is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and technologically savvy
• Availability to work on weekends
