Job Summary

A company is looking for a Didactical Lead (Freelance / Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the development of an intelligent learning architecture, including knowledge graphs and progression models
• Support the translation of educational requirements into product and system-compatible concepts
• Collaborate with Product Management, Tech, and Content on the conception of new features

Required Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the EdTech or education sector
• Experience designing and managing adaptive learning systems or AI-supported learning applications
• Deep understanding of learning progression, competency models, and knowledge graph-based structures
• Ability to develop didactic system logics and translate complex pedagogical requirements into scalable concepts
• Experience with learning analytics and data-informed development of learning systems
