Dietary Supplement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dietary Supplement Ingredient Specialist to investigate dietary supplement ingredients for the OPSS Ingredient Database.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete datasheets and compile documentation on OPSSID substances
• Conduct literature searches to establish safety profiles for dietary supplement ingredients
• Communicate findings with health professionals and identify additional dietary supplement ingredients for OPSSID

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nutrition required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience required
• Familiarity with PubMed, PubChem, and other federal databases
• Experience using MS Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 public trust investigation
