Digital Accessibility Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Digital Accessibility Engineer will accelerate the development of accessible AI-powered products and services, focusing on building accessibility tools and educating teams on best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with AI/ML Platform teams to deliver accessible AI products and features throughout the development lifecycle
- Build AI-powered accessibility tools, including prompt libraries and automated testing systems, to scale accessibility efforts
- Function as a subject matter expert on accessibility standards and educate product teams on incorporating AI-powered accessibility checks
Required qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML development and accessibility best practices
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and ARIA
- Proficiency in designing and architecting prompt systems for AI code generation
- Ability to create and manage training datasets for accessibility detection
- Experience in providing accessibility reviews and improving detection accuracy
