Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to facilitate better service for Medium Enterprise managed clients and assist them in their Digital Transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic account plans, coordinating resources to meet customer needs and drive revenue
  • Engage with customers and partners to identify business opportunities and guide them through the sales lifecycle
  • Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in technology sales and account management
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and customer relationship management
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and industry trends
