Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to facilitate better service for Medium Enterprise managed clients and assist them in their Digital Transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic account plans, coordinating resources to meet customer needs and drive revenue
- Engage with customers and partners to identify business opportunities and guide them through the sales lifecycle
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience in technology sales and account management
- Strong understanding of digital tools and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and industry trends
