Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain client accounts through active campaign management and customer service
- Manage and analyze internet marketing campaigns to meet client performance expectations
- Build rapport with clients through timely communication and education on campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English (preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
- Technical requirements: Intel Core i7 or greater, 16GB RAM or greater, stable broadband (20 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, HD web camera
- Strong teamwork and adaptability with a high integrity and customer service focus
- Leadership qualities and proficiency in documentation
