Digital Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage client relationships in digital banking and electronic payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regular meetings with clients in the assigned territory, both onsite and remotely
• Educate clients on company updates and facilitate communication between clients and the organization
• Coordinate client operational escalations and develop Client Action Plans for key clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives
• Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
