Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-level accounts, the full-time Digital Account Manager will oversee client communication, project management, and campaign lifecycle management while working remotely to ensure successful digital marketing initiatives are executed on time and aligned with client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining organized communication and leading routine check-ins and performance discussions
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to client expectations
- Monitor account health and performance trends, delivering reports and insights while driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, project management, or client services
- Strong understanding of foundational digital marketing channels such as paid search and paid social
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Comfort using CRM tools and project management systems
