Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Manager in the United States to join their fast-growing Account Management team, focusing on digital business growth, customer onboarding, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop media strategy, launch preparation and execution, reporting/analytics, and revenue growth with existing and new customers
- Manage post-sale online advertising activities to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent under-delivery, including booking, trafficking, and delivery reporting
- Support programmatic sales team and serve as a resource for the National Sales and Account Management team regarding programmatic business and initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education:
- College education
- 2-3 years of working experience in digital media advertising
- 2-3 years of previous work experience working with sales personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM, or Order Management/Workflow systems, and Google Ad Manager
- Familiarity and experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, AdX, Rubicon, Pubmatic, etc
