Job Summary
Managing a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, the fully remote Digital Account Manager will drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth while ensuring clients realize value from services offered.
Key responsibilities
- Support renewal strategies and execution for a portfolio of low-touch accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for contract and business discussions
- Execute scalable customer engagement strategies through digital outreach and proactive communications to monitor customer health trends
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
- Experience managing renewals, customer retention, or expansion opportunities preferred
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- MDR or cybersecurity services experience preferred
