Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, the fully remote Digital Account Manager will drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth while ensuring clients realize value from services offered.

Key responsibilities
  • Support renewal strategies and execution for a portfolio of low-touch accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for contract and business discussions
  • Execute scalable customer engagement strategies through digital outreach and proactive communications to monitor customer health trends
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
  • Experience managing renewals, customer retention, or expansion opportunities preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • MDR or cybersecurity services experience preferred
