Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of child care and early education clients, the full-time Digital Account Manager will build strong relationships, coordinate digital marketing execution, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead client communication efforts and maintain proactive outreach to ensure client engagement and satisfaction
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth through renewals and client success initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, and social media
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
  • A reliable remote work setup with availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule
