Job Summary

Owning the complete customer journey for a portfolio of institutional partners, the full-time remote Digital Account Manager will drive adoption, engagement, and measurable student success outcomes through proactive relationship management and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full customer journey from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion
  • Proactively monitor account health and engagement signals to drive retention
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within the portfolio, managing the full sales cycle
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales role within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing accounts, preferably in higher education or healthcare
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to connect institutional goals with outcomes
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
