Key Responsibilities

• Manage a digital brand focused on websites and build relationships with key clients
• Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and communicate brand objectives to the agency team
• Document scope requests, author project briefs, and partner with leadership to monitor revenue and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
• Experience in managing pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred
