Job Summary
Digital Account Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for managing client services teams across multiple clients, ensuring campaign goals are met, and overseeing the entire campaign process from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full omni-channel engagement and client relationships
- Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and oversee project development
- Document project scopes, author briefs, and manage financial forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships within a pharma agency
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including HCP/DTC
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing pharma brand launches, preferably in rare disease
- Background in digital tactics is required
