Job Summary

Digital Account Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for managing client services teams across multiple clients, ensuring campaign goals are met, and overseeing the entire campaign process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full omni-channel engagement and client relationships
  • Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and oversee project development
  • Document project scopes, author briefs, and manage financial forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships within a pharma agency
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including HCP/DTC
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
  • Experience managing pharma brand launches, preferably in rare disease
  • Background in digital tactics is required
