Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Digital Ad Operations Specialist will manage programmatic and paid social campaigns, executing 75-100 new campaigns monthly while communicating insights and performance recommendations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Build and launch programmatic campaigns with multiple ad groups, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to best practices
  • Proactively communicate campaign insights and optimization recommendations to team leads and Client Success Managers
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of direct experience in digital ad operations or campaign management
  • Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and paid social channels
  • Experience with at least one major DSP or social advertising platform
  • Ability to manage a high volume of campaigns with speed and accuracy
