Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives by creating and maintaining documentation and training for custom software applications
• Develop and deliver user training, utilizing AI and Digital Adoption Platforms to enhance user experience
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical writing, training development, or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge and experience with AI tools and digital adoption platforms
• Excellent understanding of enterprise systems and project management skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
