Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Adoption Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience
• Lead digital adoption projects, ensuring timely delivery and project goal achievement
• Analyze user engagement data and create reports to communicate findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with WalkMe or a similar platform
• Programming boot camp or coding experience (Basic HTML, CSS, jQuery) preferred
• Experience in applying and managing chatbots preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently and collaboratively
