Job Summary
To support the Golf - Digital Services team, the full-time Digital Adoption Specialist will manage a portfolio of golf courses by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, while collaborating with clients to drive business results and enhance their understanding of digital tools.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively plan and manage seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with client goals and performance metrics
- Lead regular client check-ins to review campaign performance and propose future strategies
- Monitor campaign success and document insights, ensuring effective communication with internal teams for service improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
- Strong interest in marketing, advertising, or the golf industry
