Digital Agriculture Specialist
Job Summary
To support the digital transformation of agriculture, the full-time Digital Agriculture Specialist will manage technical project coordination, contribute to the development of analytical frameworks, and provide support for the implementation of key initiatives in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and conduct assessments of the digitalization of the agrifood sector
- Support the technical coordination of digital agriculture projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Engage with government counterparts and partners to facilitate resource mobilization and develop knowledge products
Required qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Agricultural Sciences, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, or related fields; a bachelor's degree requires two additional years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management or digital transformation in the agrifood sector
- Working knowledge of English and Russian at Level C
- Experience in managing development projects, including work planning and budget monitoring
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in digital agriculture, such as precision agriculture and IoT
