Job Summary

Managing and enhancing global web and experience analytics, the remote contract Digital Analyst will drive insights using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics while supporting data strategy and reporting enablement for AI-driven use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core web and experience analytics across global sites
• Administer and integrate Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for a clean environment
• Provide advanced analytics for AI/LLM use cases and operationalization

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform fundamentals
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis
• Experience in a digital analytics domain, particularly with large-scale web platforms
• Knowledge of customer journey analysis
