Digital Analytics Solutions Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Experience Analytics Solutions Lead (Adobe Analytics/CJA + Medallia DXA).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Medallia's customer experience platform based on client requirements
• Lead client discovery to define measurement objectives, success metrics, and decision use-cases
• Own executive communications, including POV, business case, roadmap, and outcomes-oriented storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital analytics/experience measurement consulting, including executive stakeholder management
• Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Working knowledge of Medallia DXA or comparable digital experience analytics tools
• Proven ability to build executive-level presentations and tell data-driven stories
• Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud/Analytics preferred
