Job Summary
Leading strategic direction for multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts, the remote full-time Digital and Social Strategy VP will oversee the execution of complex digital and social media engagement strategies, drive agency growth, and provide executive-level counsel based on market intelligence and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior digital and social lead, architecting integrated communications ecosystems that drive brand growth and stakeholder engagement
- Identify whitespace opportunities and drive organic growth through innovation pilots and expanded digital capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital programs while mentoring team members to elevate strategic rigor
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within healthcare or pharmaceutical digital strategy
- Knowledge of regulations governing pharma marketing and experience delivering persuasive counsel to C-suite executives
- Proficiency in developing content calendars and managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms
- Experience with social platform promotion and metrics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to maintain knowledge of current and emerging digital and social media technologies relevant to the healthcare industry
