Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategy across digital assets and emerging technologies
• Contribute to internal experimentation and innovation initiatives while monitoring market and regulatory developments
• Assist in building business cases and support financial modeling for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, fintech, crypto/blockchain, or consulting
• Strong understanding of digital asset fundamentals
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology and business teams
• Foundational knowledge of banking products and services
