Job Summary

Managing digital asset workflows, the full-time remote Digital Asset Coordinator will oversee daily allocation processes, organize complex image workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain image quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily allocation workflows and manage record keeping
• Organize and maintain complex digital image workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold image quality standards

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated success with digital asset management solutions in a complex creative environment
• Advanced computer proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong ability to create order from disorder and apply appropriate processes to projects
• Ability to work independently within tight timelines
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, and Lightroom is preferred
