Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume fashion retouching studio, the full-time remote Digital Asset Coordinator will manage digital asset workflows, maintain record keeping, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold image quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily allocation workflows and manage record keeping
• Organize and maintain complex digital image workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure image quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated success with digital asset management solutions in a creative environment
• Advanced proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong ability to create order from disorder and apply appropriate processes to projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently within tight timelines
