Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Digital Asset Management Admin will administer user access, optimize metadata frameworks, and troubleshoot asset visibility issues while supporting cross-functional marketing operations for a global investment management leader.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user access, permissions, and security group structures for seamless collaboration
• Optimize metadata frameworks and asset tagging to enhance discoverability across channels
• Troubleshoot systemic asset visibility and technical workflow issues to ensure operational continuity

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with enterprise-level digital asset management (DAM) platforms
• Advanced proficiency with Bynder platform administration and workflow configurations
• Experience troubleshooting asset findability issues in a corporate marketing environment
• Exceptional communication skills to connect technical teams with creative stakeholders
