Digital Asset Management Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative Services Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, the contract Digital Asset Management Coordinator will manage asset ingest, metadata tagging, and content organization while working remotely for up to 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and ingest digital assets, applying metadata and performing quality control checks
• Assist with daily DAM operations, user requests, and maintaining organized folder structures
• Ensure adherence to metadata standards and flag inconsistencies in documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital asset management or content operations, preferably with DAM systems
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with spreadsheets for tracking
• Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong attention to detail
