Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Asset Manager/Librarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms, specifically AEM
• Implement governance policies and metadata best practices while providing training to marketers and content owners
• Ensure asset integrity and scalability of the DAM through effective folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in managing extensive digital asset libraries and understanding AI training data creation
• Ability to teach and train teams on content governance and DAM operational policies
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder relationship management experience preferred
