Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

Digital Asset Manager, responsible for managing and organizing digital assets on a 6-month contract basis, working remotely, and ensuring timely delivery of content requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital assets, including video and marketing content
• Process incoming content requests using Smartsheet and maintain assets in an asset management system
• Support external customers with digital asset requests and ensure accurate categorization and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital asset management or related fields
• Experience with Adobe tools and asset management platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; hands-on experience is prioritized
• Experience supporting hospitality or hotel clients
