Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

To support a major product launch, the fully remote Digital Asset Manager will organize, track, and deliver UI files and creative assets while ensuring proper cataloging and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured asset library for all creative and production materials
• Proactively identify and communicate with asset points of contact to ensure timely delivery of required materials
• Track asset status and maintain real-time visibility, flagging any gaps or risks to the project management team

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, production coordination, or project management
• Proficiency with asset management tools and DAM systems such as Frame.io, Figma, or Keynote
• Experience working with UI/UX files and creative production assets
• Familiarity with file formats and technical specifications for digital, print, and video deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of assets
