Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

To support a global design organization, the temporary Technical Digital Asset Manager will oversee the lifecycle, storage, and archiving of complex motion graphics and video workflows, ensuring efficient management of project files and asset dependencies while working remotely within 100 miles of Culver City, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization and storage of active motion projects, ensuring optimal use of high-speed storage
• Adapt processes for cutting-edge workflows, including motion capture and emerging hardware asset types
• Manage complex linking of source files and execute project packaging to ensure safe archiving and retrieval

Required Qualifications:

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, post-production supervision, or technical operations
• Experience in high-volume media, broadcast, entertainment, or large-scale tech environments
• Deep technical understanding of motion and video file formats, codecs, and project dependencies
• Fluency in the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience managing assets across enterprise DAMs and high-performance storage solutions
