Job Summary
Leading the strategy and management of a global digital asset management system, the full-time Digital Asset Manager will oversee governance, support users, and enhance capabilities while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the design and administration of the digital asset management system, ensuring proper organization and preservation of creative assets
- Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, managing relationships with vendors and overseeing updates and integrations
- Provide training and technical support for users, ensuring compliance and accurate rights management while overseeing a Digital Asset Specialist
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in library and information science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of eight years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager or in a similar role
- Three to five years of experience in people management and vendor relationship management
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo
- Advanced knowledge of metadata, rights management, and current trends in digital asset management
