Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and management of a global digital asset management system, the full-time Digital Asset Manager will oversee governance, support users, and enhance capabilities while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design and administration of the digital asset management system, ensuring proper organization and preservation of creative assets
• Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, managing relationships with vendors and overseeing updates and integrations
• Provide training and technical support for users, ensuring compliance and accurate rights management while overseeing a Digital Asset Specialist

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in library and information science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of eight years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager or in a similar role
• Three to five years of experience in people management and vendor relationship management
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo
• Advanced knowledge of metadata, rights management, and current trends in digital asset management
