Digital Asset Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Asset Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for digital asset initiatives, including stablecoin and deposit token use cases
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Drive execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams spanning technology, legal/regulatory, risk, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology program or project management, preferably within financial services or payments
• Experience with digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or modern payment rails
• Familiarity with bank operating environments, including regulatory constraints and vendor management
• Experience coordinating proof-of-concepts or pilots with emerging technologies and external partners
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-enterprise, multi-stakeholder programs
