Digital Asset Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the e-comm photo studio, the full-time Digital Asset Specialist will manage the organization and prioritization of imagery, data entry into inventory systems, and troubleshooting to enhance workflow efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage all work assets throughout the studio workflow from product turnover to activation
• Prioritize and upload e-comm images for daily activation, ensuring all products are available and correctly labeled
• Collaborate with photographers, merchandisers, and production teams to maintain an efficient and organized image database

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Fashion, Design, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of photo retouching and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems
• Able to learn internal processes quickly and demonstrate eagerness to learn from senior team members
• Extremely organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
