Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Assets Compliance professional to manage compliance for its crypto products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to transaction monitoring and screening for potential financial crimes
• Operate and refine compliance infrastructure for AML/BSA monitoring of digital assets
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance is integrated into new developments

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with at least 3 years in digital assets or crypto compliance
• Expert knowledge of BSA/AML requirements as they pertain to digital assets
• Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics and crypto payment flows
• Ability to design robust compliance systems and operate in ambiguous environments
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
